The Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership held their annual staff awards – ‘Celebrating Success’.
Caroline Killoran, one of our Clinical Nurse Specialists, who is part of a community project – WISeR Team, which comprises District Nurses, Social Care staff and Admin Staff, won the Integrated Working Award – we are very proud of Caroline and the Teams achievement!
