Congratulations to our hardworking Catering Staff who have received The Eat Safe Award. Allan, Caroline, Isabel & Margaret work extremely hard preparing and serving nutritious meals in the Hospice.
The Eat Safe Award provides an incentive to food businesses to strive for food hygiene and food safety management standards beyond those required by law. It provides a recognisable sign of excellence in standards of food hygiene.

We had a lovely morning at the award presentation and were fortunate to have Cllr. John Caldwell (Deputy Provost), Robert Maxwell (Business Regulation Manager) and Cheryl Graham (Environmental Health Officer) join our Catering Team and our Finance and Service Support Manager, Barbara Garrity.
