Hours: This role requires working 30 hours over 4 days within a Monday-Friday week, with some flexibility around your day off to accommodate service needs.
Contract: Permanent 
Salary: £48,778 - £56,747 FTE DOE

ACCORD Hospice is excited to announce a new role that will spearhead and enhance our quality agenda. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in influencing and supporting staff at all levels to ensure ACCORD Hospice continues to provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with our values and responsibilities. This role will assist the Clinical Services Manager in quality assurance, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence across our care services.

As a senior position, the Quality Lead will collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure all clinical care and support meet the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and compassion, while maintaining clinical and professional competencies. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide leadership and support for the educational needs of the entire ACCORD workforce.

Candidates should possess significant experience in this field and be educated to postgraduate degree level in a health or social care discipline or equivalent. They should have knowledge and experience in Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Regulation (refer to the attached Job Description for full details).

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and who is passionate about improving the quality of staff development, service provision, and care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and support the organisation in achieving its strategic aims and objectives.
