Support our Golf Day to make a real difference to those living with life limiting illnesses.

The Charity Golf Day includes:

  • Goodie bag on arrival.

  • Tasty breakfast rolls with tea or coffee.

  • Delicious three-course lunch.

  • Raffle & Silent Auction

  • Sporting quiz with amazing prizes for the winners.

Four-ball teams will tee off in a shotgun start and enjoy an 18-hole Texas scramble competition, as well as participating in a range of fun competitions throughout the day including, longest drive + nearest the pin. 

After the final putt is holed, teams will retire to for a well-earned drink, before sitting down to enjoy a three course lunch & sports quiz. The day will round off with a raffle draw & silent auction winners. 

The day will help to raise the vital funds needed to support over 1700 patients and their families in the care of the hospice - at home, in the hospice and in the community.

Renfrew Golf Club is recognised as one of the finest inland golf courses in Scotland and has the enviable honour of hosting several prestigious events. 

It is a very flat, scenic, tree lined parkland course affording views of the River Clyde with the iconic Erskine Bridge in the background views.

Handicap Rules

Handicap: 18 Maximum (if you’re above 18, you’ll be cut to 18 for this competition)

Timings

  • 07:30 – Registration opens; tea, coffee, bacon rolls 
  • 08:25 – Event briefing.
  • 09:00 – Gun fires, competition starts.
  • 13:30 – 3 course Lunch in the Clubhouse
  • 15:00 - Sporting Quiz
  • 15:30 - Prize giving / Raffle / Silent Auction
  • 16:00 - approx. finish
