Our most recent Inspection Results
ACCORD has received glowing feedback following its latest inspection by Healthcare Improvement Scotland, we are delighted to share with you all. During the unannounced inspection at the Hospice, inspectors assessed a number of quality indicators – with the hospice securing an ‘Exceptional’ rating in two of the three key areas.
As well as achieving maximum ratings on ‘people’s experience of care and the involvement of carers and families’, Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s inspection also recognised the strength of ACCORD’s ‘leadership of improvement and change’.
At ACCORD we focus relentlessly on the pursuit of quality for all of our service users and we evaluate , audit and review them regularly to make sure we learn and improve continuously.
