ACCORD Hospice -  a local charity, helping local people
in their time of need, supported by our local community  

  Since 1982 ACCORD Hospice has grown and developed so that today the range of Specialist Palliative Care and support offered both within the hospice and the community is of a very high standard.  Listening to the needs of our patients, their carers and other healthcare professionals has ensured that ACCORD Hospice's highly trained and experienced multi-disciplinary team, of staff and volunteers, deliver high quality medical and nursing care.

None of this would have been possible without the ongoing financial support of indivduals, local groups and businesses.  Their trust in ACCORD Hospice is never taken for granted and is greatly valued. You can download ACCORD's Annual Report here.

ACCORD Hospice is registered with and inspected by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). The most recent announced inspection was carried out in March 2012 and here is a copy of the final report.
